Return & Refund Policy – In Shop Express

At In Shop Express, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within  12-24 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a lacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within  12 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
